Product Description
l This is a rapid temperature changing test chamber,it was mainly uesd to test the stability/performance of battery modules, battery packs, Li-ion battery,and other battery components;
l The GB/T2423.4 test method:Lithium-ion battery was placed in an alternating temperature environment of (-40±2)℃~(85±2 )℃,it takes within 30mins for the temperature changing from the highest to lowest ,or changing from the lowest to the highest . The test was maintained for 8h, and the cycle was repeated 5 times.
l With our new design and new manufacturing technology, the electricity consumption reduced by 30%.
l With optimized freezing design,the temperature changing speed can be chosen from 5° C /min~30° C /min. And the performance of this chamber is stable and reliable.
l With the using of European and American high efficiency air compressor and unique cold east loop design, the equipment running noise as low as 68dB.
1 The whole box adopts the integral structure. Box structure
2 The inside of the box is made of 1.0mm imported SUS304B stainless steel plate, the outside is made of 1.0mm cold rolled steel spray, and the thermal insulation material is made of ultra-fine glass thermal insulation cotton.
3 The door is sealed with double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.
4 The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered insulating glass with a size of 350×500mm. In order to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperature, the built-in special safety voltage heating wire is specially built to surround the heating belt with a power supply voltage of 36V, and a lamp is set up to provide illumination for observation.
5 A φ50mm test hole with a plug is arranged on the side of the box body. The plug material is silicone rubber with low foaming, high and low temperature resistance, with thermal insulation effect.
6 An air conditioning cabinet is arranged at the back of the box studio, in which humidifier, evaporator, electric heater, fan, fan volute and other equipment are installed.
7 Place the temperature sensor in the air outlet.
8 The air supply mode in the test box is used for the refrigeration system products of upper supply air and lower return air

Rapid temperature change test chamber refrigeration system and compressor:
In order to ensure the cooling rate of the test chamber and the minimum temperature requirements, the test chamber uses a set of Taikang fully enclosed compressor composed of binary overlapping air cooling refrigeration system. The overlapping refrigeration system consists of a high temperature refrigeration cycle and a low temperature refrigeration cycle, and its connecting vessel is the evaporative condenser. The evaporative condenser also plays the role of energy transfer, transferring the heat energy in the working room through the two-stage refrigeration system to achieve the purpose of long temperature. Refrigeration system design application of energy regulation technology, an effective treatment can ensure that in the normal operation of the refrigeration unit and the refrigeration system of energy consumption and cooling capacity for effective regulation, so that the refrigeration system operating costs and failure rate down to a more economic state.
